AoPS offers multiple plan options for employee and dependent coverage. Plans start at $28.88 per paycheck for employee-only medical, dental, and vision coverage.
When working 40 hours per week, employees accrue 4 weeks of paid time off per year. AoPS observes many holidays including a week-long winter break in December.
This benefit provides 5 face-to-face visits with a licensed professional counselor for employees and their household members at no cost.
Our 401(k) plan provides a 100% employer match of the first 3% of contributions and an additional 50% match on the next 2%. Student debt payments are also eligible for matching contributions.
AoPS offers a variety of life, disability, and voluntary insurance plans to help employees prepare for less than ideal circumstances. This includes $25,000 in company-paid life insurance coverage.
Employees receive a 50% tuition discount for their children's enrollment in AoPS courses in addition to 10 free books per year.
